This project was to refurbish and refit the Covent Garden headquarters building, a Grade II listed building under the protection of English Heritage.

The work included remodelling all the internal fit-out, creating new office suites, and open-plan office accommodation, and creating a new multi-media presentation suite in which the company could showcase their developments.

The design work was fast-tracked to achieve a tight project programme, which included remodelling ornate Victorian plasterwork cornices and mouldings. The entrance stairway was refinished in venetian plaster, and new cast iron balusters were cast for the heritage staircase.
